Inoperable vehicles will be towed at the resident or visitor’s expense. “Inoperable Vehicles” include any vehicle with flat tires, severe damage, expires registration or inspection, and vehicles that appear to have not been moved in quite some time. These vehicles will be tagged with a 72-hour warning. To avoid being towed, you must correct the problem or remove the vehicle from the community within the 3-day period. No repairs are to made to a vehicle while on property. Motorhomes, campers, boats, trailers and other recreational vehicles may be parked only in designated areas, which are determined by management. Motorcycles or other motor vehicles may not be parked in apartments, on the sidewalks, in stairwells, patios, or breezeways. If management finds motorcycles or motor vehicles parked in the listed areas, they will be towed immediately, and a lease violation will be given. Vehicles parked in a fire lane or handicapped parking space without required authorization will be ticketed and towed without warning. Reserved parking is for those that paid for the right to the space. Any violator parked in a reserved spot will be towed without warning. Management is not responsible for damage to your vehicle as a result of it being towed.
